Visual aspect: pale yellow hue, green tinges. Nose: limestone marl, fruit stones, marmalade. Palate: really fleshy with a mineral body. Beautiful finish with a persistent mouthfeel. Match with food: pan-fried foie gras, mirabelle plum and pineapple. Comments: a great Champagne.
