Visual aspect: very pale yellow hue, silver tinges, thick bubbles. Nose: fine, pleasant, with beautiful aromas of fruits and white blossom. Palate: delectable, powerful and fresh, in accordance with the nose. Magnificent aftertaste. Match with food: sole with ceps. Comments: one of the sommeliers' favourites.
