Champagne Bourdaire-Gallois
Visual aspect: straw-yellow colour, very rapid bubbles. Nose: cooked plum, candied fruit, plum tart and a hint of spices. Palate: the first taste is of good structure and tannic. A woody note in perfect balance with the aromatic evolution of the wine. Very fine finish. Match with food: Saint-Nectaire, Maroilles or Epoisses cheese. Comments: a great Champagne like usual !
