Visual aspect: clear yellow hue with pale golden shades. Medium bubbles. Lovely cordon. Nose: fresh, lacteous, creamy. Palate: ample first taste with a perfect balance and sustained by the same aromas than the nose. Fresh and generous finish. Match with food: just roasted scallops. Comments: a very lovely cuvée.
