Visual aspect: clear straw yellow colour. Nice fermentation with very fine bubbles. Nose: aromatic, elegant. White flowers, elderberry, toasted. Palate: supple and delectable first taste which opens up on balm and honey aromas on a mentholated freshness. Match with food: poultry; sweetbread. Comments: a well-made Champagne.
