Visual aspect: beautiful aspect, clear gold colour. Fine bubbles. Nose: fine and discreet. After swirling notes of fresh butter, then notes of citrus. Palate: the first taste is good, with a fat side then a pleasant acidity. Good balance on the palate. A quite short but pleasant finish. Match with food: fish with black butter, asparagus with maltese sauce.
