Visual aspect: pale yellow colour, light green tinges. Nose: very vegetable, a hint of citrus, deep. Palate: vivid first taste, slightly tangy, elegant and fresh. Beautiful length on the palate. Match with food: smoked salmon; shellfish. Comments: an excellent wine for the aperitif. Sublim!
