Visual aspect: a pale yellow hue with greenish tints, plentiful, delicate, long-lasting effervescence. Nose: good intensity of aromas. Green apples, white flowers and hints of cocoa is quite powerful, the aromas are expressive and slightly developed, mature. Palate: the first taste is strengthened by very fresh acidity, the wine develops on a body of average structure. It is well-balanced and has a finish with excellent length. Match with food: Chinese canapé or smoked salmon. Comments: classic and developed champagne.
