Visual aspect: ruby-red/crimson intense colour. Nose: very open, grilled, hints of leather. Palate: nice attack, notes of ripe fruits, light touch of evolution. Match with food: stewed beef à la provençale, pheasant with cabbage. Comments: very nice evolution.
