Visual aspect: white. Nose: lime, hint of cinnamon, nice touch of butter. Palate: iodine attack and finish on toasted brioche. The finish is agreeable and very elegant, good melted citrus fruit. Match with food: trout in almonds, veined cheese. Comments: fine balance.
