Visual aspect: a developed red colour. Nose: pleasant on scents of wild strawberry, raspberry, liquorice, vanilla and floral fragrances such as rose, marvellously complex. Palate: flavours of tangy sweets and lots of suppleness. Match with food: leg of lamb with thyme. Comments: a light wine, ready to pour now. It can only improve with age.
