Vignobles Michel Galineau et Fils
Visual aspect: gleaming ruby-red colour with purplish tinges, limpid and brilliant. Nose: concentrated, revealing aromas of red and wild berries. Delicate notes of spices (pepper mint) and woodiness. Palate: pure and firm, supported by a tannic structure, unctuous flesh. Long finish. Match with food: grilled prime rib of beef with marrow. Comments: a great Bordeaux that can wait some years in cellar.
