Visual aspect: bright and clear, with a purple hue.
Nose: extremely aromatic on scents of lovely ripe fruit.
Palate: pure, on excellent ripe, crisp tannin. The finish is long and marvellous.
Match with food: plate of Grenier Médocain (a type of slicing tripe sausage).
Comments: it procures wonderful emotion!
