EARL Château Certan de May - Mme Barreau-Badar
Visual aspect: a beautiful dark colour showing a touch of development. Nose: aromas of stewed black fruit, but not in jam it is complex. Palate: a supple first taste and development on round, distinct tannins lovely substance. Very pleasant to enjoy now. Match with food: rabbit cooked with mushrooms. Comment: this wine is full of all the qualitites of a fine wine, but can be enjoyed now without having to wait several years.
