Visual aspect: wonderful radiance, with a vivid garnet-red colour.
Nose: aromas of red fruit, liquorice, peony and a touch of cocoa bean.
Palate: pure on the first taste, distinct tannin and some hints of alcohol that are not unpleasant. It finishes on a touch of bitterness.
Comments: a pleasant wine with distinct tannin, characteristic of Cahors.
