Château de Beaulieu Cuvée de l'Oratoire

Visual aspect: a deep black-cherry colour and tremendous viscosity. Nose: still discreet, with a range of aromas of black fruit and delicate spices these scents become more powerful after swirling. Palate: a supple first taste it is full-bodied and develops rapidly on tannins which are almost over extracted. Match with food: hotpot (smoked bacon and cabbage).
