Visual aspect: intense gold yellow. Nose: very open, good development. Present but quite melted woody notes. Palate: ample wine, powerful, ripe, notes of stone fruits mingled with aromas of toasts. Superb freshness in the finish. Match with food: frog leg cassolette, oven-roasted veal cross-rib. Comments: is at its peak, a real delight.
