Visual aspect: a cherry-red hue. Nose: vegetal, almost stewed aromas of fruit (redcurrant, blackcurrant) and a hint of smoke. Palate: full-bodied and very concentrated. A hint of stem can be perceived. The finish is well balanced. Match with food: red meats such as mutton, veal or duck.
