Visual aspect: a golden colour. Nose: aromas of crystallised pineapple, honey and dried apricot. Palate: predominant freshness, flavours of quince and preserved white-fleshed fruit. It is very well balanced. Match with food: peaches in syrup with a mint syrup to accompany. Comment: an excellent wine!
