Visual aspect: pellucid and bright, it has cherry-coloured tints.
Nose: aromas of macerated red fruit (cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant). After swirling the aromas improve.
Palate: distinctly perceptible young tannin, very little acidity and the presence of alcohol is quite distinct.
Match with food: red meats and typical dishes of the South-West.
