Visual aspect: a crimson colour. Nose: very delicate, still developing, exuding aromas of candied fruit and white pepper. Palate: delicious, pure, full-bodied and powerful, with a magnificent finish. Match with food: fillet of venison with chanterelle mushrooms. Comments: a tremendous wine!
