Visual aspect: a dark purple hue with a beautifully gleaming disc. Nose: rich, aromatic, stylish, elelgant, aromas of spices, pepper, blackberry, blackcurrant and vegetal hints, thyme. After swirling, the aromas become very complex. Palate: pure on the first taste, with marvellous balance and well-incorporated woodiness. Match with food: duck breast with boletus mushrooms. Comments: a very fine wine.
