Visual aspect: a dark ruby hue with shades of orange in the tints. Nose: jammy aromas and roasted scents. Palate: full-bodied with flavours of fruits in compote, plums and dried fruit. Excellent length and silky, elegant tannins. Match with food: lamb chop cooked with rosemary. Comments: a very fine wine, it should be left to age more.
