Visual aspect: radiant, clear, beautiful, extremely dark and concentrated.
Nose: very complex, aromatic and delicate, developing on lovely scents of red and black fruit (blackcurrant, redcurrant).
Palate: pure and acidulated, a flavour of wood mingled with red fruits. The finish is magnificent.
Match with food: rib steak with boletus mushrooms.
Comments: a tremendous wine,
