Visual aspect: a relatively vivid crimson hue.
Nose: charming on animal hints, some light scents of roasting, it develops on spices.
Palate: pure on the first taste, developing on perceptible tannin and fruity, roasted flavours. The body needs to become more supple. An excellent finish.
Match with food: jugged hare/wild boar.
