Visual aspect: a concentrated, shining crimson colour. Nose: very aromatic and floral, with scents of acacia, spices, red fruits and mocha. Palate: fresh, pure and delicious on flavours of red fruit. Marvellous full-body and very graceful structure. Match with food: saddle of rabbit cooked with mustard, capon with boletus mushrooms. Comments: a superbly balanced, delicious wine.
