Visual aspect: a wonderful pale golden colour with greenish tints.
Nose: extremely delicate and light, with a hint of reduction which disappears afterwards.
Palate: the first taste is fresh and slightly acidulated, with flavours of citrus and white peach, lovely delicacy and superb length.
Match with food: clams, seafood with pasta.
Comments: a pure delight!
