Visual aspect: deep and concentrated. Nose: scents of wild strawberries, woodiness and vanilla. Palate: the same woodiness appears, along with liquorice and prune. It has good substance. Match with food: rice and tuna with an olive sauce red mullet with olive tapenade. Comment: an unusual wine, it definitely must be decanted at least two hours before serving.
