Visual aspect: a deep garnet-red colour and dark purple tints. Nose: very rich on aromas of violet, blackcurrant, blackberry and liquorice. Palate: really delicious, with fruity flavours, strawberry, blackberry and blackcurrant compote, superb potential. Well done! Match with food: wild boar with polenta. Comments: a very elegant, fruity wine.
