Nose: the first nose is very fine and delicate, expressive, the second reveals scents of Kirsch, aromas of fruit and spices.
Palate: full-bodied, tropical hints, it is pure and fresh, and continues to reveal fruit in its flavours. A wonderful finish.
Match with food: calf's sweetbread.
Comments: an excellent wine.
