Visual aspect: garnet-red Burlat cherry colour, intense, deep. Nose: intense bouquet, with fruits and black berries, open, spicy. Palate: magnificent first taste, still spicy. A small sign of development, a good maturity of the grape. Very expressive, very good presence. Match with food: gamey meat, Grand Veneur sauce and mushrooms. Comments: very beautiful presentation, sublime!
