Visual aspect: atypical intensity. Dark red veil, limpid. Nose: very pleasant, very open. Note of roasting, fruity (blackberry). Palate: supple first taste, grilled notes which distinguish. Beautiful acidity, very crisp, light tannins. Match with food: red meat; rare roast beef and pepper bell tagliatelle. Comments: an atypical Bandol.
