Palate: round and smooth first taste, with a velvety material, fruity, finely peppery. A strong structure, with a hint of acidity, liquorice-flavoured, fine and silky tannins. Finish with a great length. Match with food: Chateaubriand with foie gras. Comments: a wine with a powerful and racy structure.
