Visual aspect: beautiful, very light, radiant. Nose: fine, elegant, on aromas of pleasant fruits, undergrowth, mushrooms. Palate: soft and harmonious development, lovely rustic fineness. Marvellous finish. Match with food: young partridge with horns of plenty. Comments: a traditional style for this wine we would appreciate to taste more often.
