Visual aspect: bright golden hue. Nose: beautiful expression, refined, mature. Beautiful aromatic bouquet; candied ginger, brown butter, toast. Palate: pure first taste, complex mid-palate, beautiful balance of the dosage, beautiful length, savouriness; aroma of mandarine flesh. Match with food: calf's sweetbread, spinach and chanterelles. Comments: a wine for gastronomy, to serve in a wine glass. One of our favourites!
