Visual aspect: a dark purple colour, matt tinges. Nose: complex, on aromas of stewed black fruit and blackberries. Palate: clean and fresh, with marvellous full-body, very delicate and delicious with fine balance. Pleasure! Match with food: young, stuffed pigeon, pheasant. Comments: lovely characteristic qualities, a well-made wine.
