Visual aspect: nice salmon-pink colour with some purplish tinges. Nose: very fine and discreet. A touch of small red fruits. Slightly peppery notes after swirling. Palate: very supple first taste where we find the fruits, the citrus and the spicy side. Nice aromatic persistency. Match with food: very nice for the aperitif; Reims pink sponge finger charlotte and red fruits. Comments: pleasant, to drink from now.
