Visual aspect: a dark, almost blackish garnet-red hue. Nose: powerful, sophisticiated in a way, on scents of plum and prune. Palate: well proportioned maturation makes this wine delicate and elegant on the palate. Flavours of red fruit, prune, as well blackberry or blackcurrant liqueur... A rich range of savours. It has relatively good full-body and excellent fineness. Match with food: tournedos Rossini fillet of beef in brioche. Comment: overall a very elegant wine with velvety smooth tannins... marvellously powerful flavours.
