Visual aspect: dark red, deep brick-red colour. Nose: pleasant, slightly smoked, aromas of blackcurrant and grey pepper. Palate: beautiful first taste, fat, dense, wonderful fruits, good persistency. Match with food: duck with orange, veal haunch with chanterelles. Comments: beautiful Sancerre that distinguishes itself in this tasting. Concentrated and long, it is one of our favourite.
