Visual aspect: a vivid salmon-pink hue.
Nose: harmonious, with aromas of fruit stone, melon and white blossom (honeysuckle).
Palate: the floral hint appears again, along with strawberry and raspberry. Excellent length.
Match with food: as an aperitif, small stuffed vegetables, pan-fried scallops.
Comments: a marvellous wine of Mediterranean cuisine.
