Visual aspect: a bold, gleaming golden colour.
Nose: aromas of pear, cooked apple and cinnamon, with a iodized touch and a hint of rhubarb.
Palate: the flavours evoke the aromas perceived on the nose. The first taste is supple, then very fruity, with a strong hint of brioche. The second taste reveals a slight bitterness and crispness. A superb finish.
Match with food: Comté gougères, rhubarb tart.
Ageing potential: ready to drink
Service temperature: 11°C
Comments: a particularly delicate, elegant wine.
