Palate: massive, wide and powerful, very pure, sustained by an elongated, caressing texture and supple, delicate structure. The finish is extremely fine. Magnificent.
Match with food: fillet of scorpion fish with almonds.
Comments: an outstanding wine, a real tribute to Chardonnay, which has been made using an excellent maturation technique.
