Visual aspect: lovely clear and radiant pale gold colour. Nose: a bit closed, lovely fine minerality (stone). Has to be aerated. Palate: powerful and complex, fresh and tonic. Match with food: noble fish (brill, turbot, John Dory). Comments: a great wine for great connoisseurs.
