Visual aspect: a beautiful golden colour. Nose: rich, concentrated and peppery, with aromas of candied fruit, honey and acacia. Palate: gourmand, concentrated, fresh and well balanced. Match with food: Tatin tart with Bourbon and vanilla ice cream. Comment: an excellent Sauternes for a good vintage.
