Visual aspect: very dark ruby-red colour. Nose: concentrated, black olive (tapenade), black fruits, pepper. Palate: concentrated black fruits, black olives, ample, rich. Silky tannins. Nice length on the palate. Peppery finish, black cherry. Match with food: preserved lamb shanks with black olives. Comments: a lot of pleasure!
