Visual aspect: black cherry, purplish shade, some orangey tinges. Nose: nice intensity. Ripe red fruits with fruits in brandy (Morello cherry), notes of undergrowth, great complexity. Palate: pure at first taste, reminds the aromas of the nose. The tannins are present, fine and elegant. Good concentration, good balance. Beautiful finish. Match with food: Camargue bull stew; wild boar stew. Comments: to decant.
