Visual aspect: translucent; purplish disk. Nose: red fruits, cherry, eau-de-vie, spices. Palate: spicy first taste (pepper), present tannins. Match with food: roasted loin of pork; larded guinea fowl with cabbage. Comments: a lovely cuvée.
