Visual aspect: ruby, orangey glints, matt. Nose: fairly discreet, on black fruit, touch of menthol, leather, fairly concentrated. Palate: supple attack, empyreumatic hints, balance in mid palate and a finish on tannins that are present but coated. Match with food: pressed cheese. Comments: a wine to accompany a meal, ready for drinking.
