Visual aspect: a deep garnet-red colour, still young, but beautiful.
Nose: aromatic, woody, vanilla scents. Some aromas of stone fruit in eau de vie.
Palate: pure on the first taste, with clearly perceptible tannin. It is surprising on the palate, compared with its aromas, because it seems pleasant and smooth.
Match with food: sirloin steak with parsley butter.
Comments: decant two hours before serving, but overall this wine seems remarkable!
