Visual aspect: intense straw-yellow colour, very fine bubbles, long-lasting ring. Nose: quince, dried fruits. Palate: vivid and well-structured first taste, with freshness and a sign of development, kind of chalky in the aftertaste. Match with food: for the aperitif for the gourmet side. Comments: a very interesting 100% Pinot Meunier cuvée showing pure and exuberant features.
